I suppose it’s not so much synchronised swimming as synchronised acrobatics.

It was bedtime and, for once, Kara and Toby had had a bath together playing more than squabbling. So out they came, got dressed ready for stories and promptly started to co-ordinate poses and acrobatic moves together.

I’m not entirely sure why. It’s possible this is a result of me constantly taking photos of them. Equally, though, it makes a change from them either hiding behind their hands or pulling silly, gurning faces at the camera.

Next week I expect they’ll be showing off their synchronised swimming routines in their joint swimming lessons. Maybe I should invest in buying a couple of those funny nose clips they wear?
