It wasn’t the first word spoken by any of my three children but it really should have been.

Babyccino. Some kids’ spiritual home is a football pitch. For others it’s a soft play centre. For my kids, it’s Costa. A regular weekend ritual is for me to take some combination of children in to town for a coffee to give Heather a little break from the madding (or should that be maddening?) crowd. Babyccino. Marshmallow. Mini muffins. Sorted. All three kids love their weekly trips, and Kara has willingly followed in her older brothers’ footsteps, as this photo clearly shows.
